Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Make a pocket in each breast by cutting along the side.
