Directions:
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the chicken breast slices and simmer for about 5 minutes, until they are cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, white pepper, and chili sauce.
- Gradually add the cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly, until the soup thickens slightly.
- Slowly pour in the beaten egg, stirring in a circular motion to create egg ribbons.
- Add bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and tofu. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and coriander before serving.
