Succulent Honey Mustard Salmon with Garlic Butter Sauce in Foil

– 4 salmon fillets
– 3 tablespoons honey
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
– Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, melted butter, and lemon juice until well combined.
3. Lay out four sheets of aluminum foil, large enough to fold and seal around each salmon fillet.
4. Place a salmon fillet in the center of each foil sheet. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
5. Spoon the honey mustard garlic butter mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
6. Fold the sides of the foil up over the salmon and seal each packet closed, making sure there is space for air to circulate inside.
7. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
8. Carefully open the foil packets (watch out for hot steam) and garnish with fresh parsley and optional lemon slices before serving.
