– 1 lb potato gnocchi
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. Cook the potato gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the fresh spinach leaves to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in the creamy spinach sauce.
7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring gently, until the gnocchi is heated through and the sauce has thickened.
8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
